NIANTIC ANNOUNCES NEW REALITY BLENDING AND POKESTOP SCAN FEATURES TO BE ADDED TO POKEMON GO

Players who have reached Level 40 in Pokemon Go will be among the first players to experience a new PokeStop Scan feature. This will allow players to scan PokeStop locations and help construct a 3D world of the game. Additionally, a new mode called Reality Blending is going to be added to the game. This will allow players to take photos of their Pokemon and have real-world objects to better interact with Pokemon when playing in the game’s AR mode.
